The Wenatchee and Ellensburg Big Y locations are open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and serve some favorite takeaway items. From Monday, June 1, the following dates are scheduled for the soap manufactory: Friday, 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.; Saturday, 12 p.m. to 7 p.m.; and Sunday, 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. Phase 2 will be extended to 8-17 on Friday and Saturday and to 8-18 on Sunday. A wide selection of food and drinks, as well as a variety of craft beers and wines, are available on Saturday at the Ellenburger Bauernmarkt.
